So it has been a long time coming but there are two gold sprints/ roller race events happening in the area.

Thank you to all that helped as well as participated this past weekend in the first annual Oh! What an Alleycat! I couldn't have done it with out you all. Scott took some amazing photos.

OH what a day for an alleycat

So the weather looks amazing, with temps in the low 70's and sunny, Prizes have been donated by Bike Masters, The Trek Store of Omaha, and The Bike Way. Thanks to "The D" it looks like we will have spoke cards as souvenirs. Now I just need helpers to show up at 11 am and people to show up to participate at 11:15.

Hope to see y'all there. And don't forget about A Sunday In Hell at The Waiting Room later that night.

Just a reminder that if anyone is wanting to help out with event, manning a check point, please show up around 11:00 am. I have a few people but still could use an extra hand or two.

If you show up and we don't need your help, you are more than welcome to ride.

The Time is Drawing Near

Oh What an Alleycat is just around the corner. Prizes have been acquired, people have been contacted and as long as the weather holds out, we should be good to go. Don't forget to meet up at 11:15am at the Arch. Check the link at the top of the page for location.

I've been contacting the local bike shops about getting donations for prizes and so far I have two confirmed donations for prizes.

Countdown begins

Let the two week countdown begin! The weather looks pretty good. I've been getting some good feedback from people talking about the alleycat. I've also been getting in touch with some of the locations and everyone is being pretty cool about it. Let's all hope for good weather. I'm also lookin forward to Sunday in Hell afterward. It should be an awesome day.
